All of our residents will sign a residential tenancy agreement.

Your suite is your home and you can secure your suite to ensure your continued privacy. The Kingsway staff are available to assist you at all times.

You can select the activities you enjoy the most from the monthly calendar. Our activity director is available to organize outings, shopping excursions, card tournaments, bingo, special parties and events, and many other areas of interest.

At Kingsway Place, we offer well-trained, caring and devoted healthcare professionals who are available to assist you 24 hours per day, seven days a week. In addition, each suite is furnished with an emergency call system.

At Kingsway Place, our relationship with you, your physician and your family is of utmost importance. If your physician recommends hospitalization, your suite will be waiting for you when your health improves and you return to us. Should specialized care be required, additional care can be arranged or we will assist in any transition that may be required.

Your basic monthly fee provides for your rental accommodation and the service package of your choice. If additional services are required, they can be purchased as required.

We welcome your guests and want you to feel comfortable inviting them to visit you in your new home. For your convenience, arrangements for over-night accommodation and meals can be made in advance with management.

At Kingsway Place, we will provide all the information and advice on the various options available to you during a confidential interview, arranged at your convenience. We recognize that moving is stressful, and we will be there to assist you in arranging the details of your move during your transition.

Your fee includes your rental accommodation, all meals and the service plan of your choice.

You share three delicious, well-balanced meals daily with great company in our beautifully appointed dining room. Enjoy our daily lunch and dinner specials or choose an optional meal. Our staff is one of the friendliest, and available to serve all your dietary needs with a smile.

All suites provide private bathrooms and offer space to prepare your own breakfast or snack in-suite. They vary in size and layout to suit different tastes including; Studio, Studio Plus, One-bedroom and Two-bedrooms. Each is beautifully appointed with neutral flooring and wall finishes, ready for your furniture and personal decorating touches.

We encourage you to continue to live as independently as possible. Carry on with your regular schedule and if you need assistance, we are here to help.

An elegant dining room with three meals per day, weekly laundry & housekeeping, bustling bistro café, home theatre, library, fireside piano lounge, hair salon, aesthetic services, foot care nurse, hobby kitchen, Wi-Fi throughout, fitness and leisure activities.

Many of our residents chose to live at Kingsway Place for the open and friendly environment. In addition to participating in our many activities, people enjoy sharing stories in our inviting lounges, over a rousing game of pool or darts, or at Happy Hour.

In addition to the suite rental and all services, the monthly fee includes heat and water.

We offer activities six days a week including exercise classes, Bingo, lectures, trivia, hymn singing, shuffle board, movies, card games, church services, visiting therapy pets, special events like boat tours, and much more. At Kingsway Place you can be as active or relaxed as you like!

Your guests are always welcome. In addition to visiting in your suite you can share all the amenities with guests and overnight accommodation can be arranged. We also provide lots of visitor parking for your convenience.

Our kitchen staff is able to accommodate most preferences, allergy and therapeutic requirements, in order to suit each individual.

Our staff takes pride in their work and are friendly, respectful and helpful. We love to make our residents feel comfortable and happy.

Yes. There is a shady pergola on Kingsway Place's lovely outdoor patio, and an expansion of the landscaped gardens has enhanced the outdoor living space for residents to enjoy nature and the many birds that visit our feeders.

We offer Independent Living suites as well as Supportive Living for residents who need more assistance.
